Pick a topic and go around naming items.
Pick a category together: dog breeds, pizza toppings, world capitals, things in a kitchen, anything with lots of answers.
Go around the car in seat order, each player naming one item from the category. Keep a steady rhythm; some cars clap or slap knees on a beat to force the pace.
Hesitate too long, repeat an answer, or blank completely and you're out of the round. Last player still answering wins the point and picks the next category.
Three seconds is the standard limit. Disputed answers get a car vote, and the driver breaks ties.
