1. What this site is

PlayRoadTrip.com provides free, browser-based score trackers for road trip games. It is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or online.

2. Play safe

The driver's job is driving. This site is meant to be used by passengers, or by the driver only while the vehicle is safely parked. Never interact with a screen while operating a vehicle. You are responsible for complying with your local laws about device use in cars.

3. Your data stays with you

Game progress and preferences are stored only on your own device (see our Privacy page). Clearing your browser data will erase them, and that's in your hands, not ours.

4. Fair use

Don't abuse the site: no attempts to disrupt it, scrape it into another product, or misrepresent it as your own. The name, design, and content belong to PlayRoadTrip.com.

5. Changes

We may update these terms or the games at any time. Meaningful changes will be reflected on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

6. Music previews

In the Chart Hits mode of Name That Tune, 30-second song previews are provided and licensed by Apple and streamed directly from Apple's servers — we do not host, store, cache, or redistribute any preview audio. Previews are short promotional excerpts, always shown next to a link and QR code to buy the full song on Apple Music. Apple, Apple Music, and iTunes are trademarks of Apple Inc.; PlayRoadTrip.com is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc. The Classic Tunes mode instead plays original synthesized renditions of public-domain compositions, produced by PlayRoadTrip.com.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlayRoadTrip.com is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this site, including, but not limited to, lost points from a sibling tapping the wrong seat.
